I own a 2015 jetta. Agree that it is responsive and fun to drive and has good solid body for safety. After a kancil bang into me from behind, the kancil bonnet was half gone but my back bumper only have 2 small black dots. The only problem is the low resale value and expect maintenance/spare parts costs to be higher than Japanese cars. For the first 5 years, i paid less than rm6k for maintenance.

@@DannyChewww Now my jetta is 7 years. Unlucky need to change ABS controller Rm 1000+ at 6th year although only driven 50k km. Mechanic said don't usually break down. Plus every one to 2 years need to change one speed sensor Rm 500. Maybe cheaper if service outside but i still service with vw to maintain value as i thinking of upgrading to passat. Cheers.

之前的ea111通病就是piston的先天設計缺陷而導致爆缸，所有有很多車主都自己拿去更換after market的鍛造piston就把問題解決了，新的ea211自然就不會再出現以上的問題，至於dsg來說，把它當成是不用踏clutch的手牙車來駕就對了，不過要注意它的通病就是abs sensor，不過更換費用也是在可以接受範圍裡面

mazda 3 2016-07, 操控好，燃油效率好（skyActiv engine） 加速好 0-100 kmh 8.8 sec，6速自排 如果买 2017 过后 有 GVC 的 操控更好。

my opinion is that you can change to mineral oil in near future since your DSG model is DQ200. this will make it more reliable. i think one of the simple tip will be "gentle to gas pedal when 0-10kmh, because 0-10kmh the clutch is half engage, most of the wear of clutch occurring during these speed" so wait until the clutch fully engaged then only floor it as you wish. this can help in reliability.

要看你的要求是什么。如果要保修便宜一点的话 Elantra 是比较好的选择。 如果你拿来代步 想找一台 保修便宜的车elantra 比较合适。 如果想追求 驾驶体验 然后 不在意保修高一点的话 vw 也是可以的。

both are good. passat definitely bigger and more comfortable because passat is bigger than jetta. i prefer jetta over passat B7 due to the outlook 😄 this is subjective la. but if passat B8 vs Jetta mk6 then i will choose passat B8 because new transmission "DQ381" (smaller variant of DQ500, very reliable) and new powertrain - 2.0 turbo.

hi Dinosaur, highline is better, with paddle shift, leather seat, cruise control, push start button, LED headlights, 17inch wheels be careful because lot of tricky used car dealer will bluff the spec. for mileage wise find those with medium usage one. low usage and high usage both not a good thing because car is designed to move not park so that 1 year 10 - 20,000 kms mileage will be a good target. if 2017 = 4years = 40-80k kms. after view the car give a call to Volkswagen HQ to check the warranty status. take picture of the car including car plate and chassis number will do.

如果要看差距比较大的，我推荐 美国 iihs。比较严格 差距也明显。 比如说 Volvo XC90 和 mercedes GLE 都是 euro Ncap 5星 但是 在 iihs 测试之下 有差别，GLE 较安全一些 iihs 的等级是 top safety pick top safety pick + (最高等级）

马3沒试过不敢定论。其实Jetta车身也不重，大概1.280kg。但高速非常稳定，出弯準确而且车侧很少。驾起來会较感觉充满信心。就像Low说的换档感觉会让你充满热血念念不忘。还是一句话，害怕问题多千万不要试车。它会让你发恶梦，然后决定死了算。兩年前我只试了一次，春梦挥不去。兩年后硬娶回家了心愿。还是先斩后奏，老婆足足生气了一个多月。因为我可是六旬老头非青壮。所以中毒会让人疯狂，可笑吧 !🤣🤣

I went to VW last weekend and the salesman asked if i m shopping around in the market, and yes, i said i m also looking at the Honda and Toyota, and he quickly said, Arh, you know their level is different from VW. My comment is, yes, different level at all, since VW is very old school design from inside out, basically dislike at all, plus other car barnds are having modern design with plently of advanced tech at standard range, VW is just losing the game, i finally decided to go for top range Honda HRV, rather than the VW T-Roc, VW is hopeless to me, no power, no design, no joy, cheap interior at standard range, people is more buying a car with an engine only, good on VW

After 20km/h when the lockup clutch engaged, it actually gives you very good acceleration feel and very direct drive, not much lag in gear change also. At high speed like 60/80km/h, you tekan all the way the shiftdown is almost instant.

由于jetta是使用dsg dry clutch，加上2014年的牙箱跟2016 fl有点不一样，要注意mechatronic的油是不是换成了mineral，clutch pad set是不是近期有更换了。没有的话，单单牙箱这里就要准备一个6-8k for maintenance

现在mco的问题，Vw Jetta二手价跌很多。上mudah 看2016年以上的就知道。3个多月前我买一架2017Low spec的6万3。现在同款5万多都有人放。high spec也从7万多下到6万多出一点而已。唯一缺点是Speed Sensor非常易坏。但不贵，一支几十元而已。坏时一大堆警告燈会跑出来。但一样可以跑没问题。偶尔会停在7度牙不退回来。死火再开过就0k了! 这玩意儿算是给你一点乐趣。如果你可以接受那就沒什么大不了了! 最好是买2016以上Latest的。就如Low说的，确实耐用很多。只是如果上了120千km，回原厂换正时皮帶加周边附件会去到4k。还蛮贵的。

Yew，不用浪费时间 回复这些人哦 😄。我都是直接无视这些人的。 这些人理解能力有问题的。一路来我都是传达 Mazda 的建议，也就是 “有问题才需要换 SkyActiv AT 油“ 的主张。某些人不懂装傻还是扮天真，我从未说过什么里数要换油， 这些人却在那里自己讲自己爽。 亮灯不就代表 ”有问题” 要检查 或者 修理了咯，要修理不就需要换油了咯？这不就是 Mazda 建议的：“有问题才换油” 吗？
