(Board Review) - Contrast-Induced Nephropathy - Dr. Mehran

I was prescribed CT scan with contrast based on my complaint of intermittent slight discomfort in the left chest. I am prediabetic with A1C of 6.2 and creatinine of 1.2 and eGRF of 87. Fortunately, I did not have any symtomps or noticeable increased in creatinine after 48 hours. However, I am still concerned that it still has an impact on my kidneys long term. Doctors can be killers at the same time.
