Umm, I have a Viridion laser site with a very very bright led light on it, so my handgun is good for anything at night. the flashlight on that will seriously blind you for at least a while.

I've never understood the fixation these so called experts have with shot groups on a target in there classes. You will never fire a group in a gunfight because the human you're shooting at won't stand still for you to do that. I've taken some of these so called high speed training classes from some of these so called experts. I don't get how anyone can teach surviving a gunfight when they've actually ever done so more than once. That's like trying to teach a student to fly an airplane when you've never flown one yourself. It's interesting to attend some of these courses. Any training you can get has some value if for no other reason it gets people to actually shoot their guns. There are actually a few instructors out there that have many years of being an armed professional under their belt. These people have actually won real fights more than once. These are the instructors you need to be trained by. Having spent 43 years as an armed professional myself, US Marine, 33 years Lawenforcement, high risk contractor, I've been involved in many real world fights. I've walked away from most been carried away from a few. If you need legal advice on this topic seek it from an attorney that defends people regularly at trial and also a prosacuter that gets convictions of people or cops that kill people that shouldn't have been killed. These are the people that do this for a living. They'll tell you the way it is, not the way it ought to be. They all will tell you if you pull you're weapon You had better need to pull the trigger. If you won't or can't pull the trigger don't carry the weapon. It's you're money and you're life, do the reashurch and choose wisely it's you're ass. Would you take a swim class from someone that's never been in the pool themselves?
