The irony of it all is, you will automatically weigh more / lose next to no weight and Japan does not like muscle, especially with the ladies.

Most Westerners however are far taller than your average Japanese person. I once had a Japanese doc say I was overweight. I am like doc I am 195 cm tall ( 6'5 ) with a 91 cm ( size 36 ) waist. You're carrying more body fat than I am and I am quite literally three times your size. He acted all offended when I pointed that out.
