A tip for getting the muda right (which I descovered for myself and the first dio executed flawlessly) is to start off with "muda muda muda" and when it gets faster suddenly switch to "damu damu damu". At least for me, that's easier to do fast and hold for a couple of seconds. Also the "u" should be pronounced more japanese-ish, kinda like an "ü" in germany but seeing as that Sound seems impossible for english Native speakers to really nail, a normal u is also good and doesn't really change anything once it gets faster. Also, to ora quickly (which I'm shit at, I'm way better at the mudas), I always leave out the o a bit once it gets faster...
