Just so you know, bmws have a hidden menu that shows you your oil and coolant temps, it’s a bit annoying but it exists. You basically have to hold down the button in the corner of your dash, click unlock and then enter the sum of the last five digits of your VIN to unlock things like temps and battery voltage.

I know, it’s a shame you’ve got to do all that and it’s not even something you can really do while driving either

Not great I average 22mpg in eco about 28mpg but they are amazing cars if your can afford the upkeep it’s a no brainer!

Hi I passed my test a year ago, just bought a car and insured on it but it starts next week. Any tips for my first time going out have to take it on the motor way which im not 100 percent confident with but I wont go too quick. Im 17 driving a 1.5tsi golf so any help would be apprieciated. cheers.

Mate my honest opinion is just go out and do it. Tbh I was terrified but I had to go on the motorway so I just did it. It’s hard to explain apart from just going out and doing it. I hope this helps
