@sneaker5732 Really, the bible I read says the father. That's verse 6 of chapter 14. Then, verse 28 Jesus said the father is greater than him. So, who is the father? Jesus also called the father his God at John 20:17. Nowhere doesn't it say heaven and Jesus wasn't talking to a crowd, only to his disciples. So, to say heaven is actually changing what the scriptures say. You're put words in Jesus's mouth that just aren't there. John 17:3 says this means everlasting life, their coming to know you. Do you know the father? Does he have a name? God is only a title. It's not a name.

The letter "X" has always symbolized the unknown... Whereas much of this is hypothetical, it is based on actual, real scenarios. The very things mentioned, ( global travel, antibiotic resistance, zoonotic transmission, etc.) are those that can give rise to disease X. Examples of once - controlled illnesses, and those from the Middle Ages, are: Bubonic Plague among the homeless in Los Angeles, leprosy in parts of Florida, last summer, drug resistant TB. among heroin addicts, and there is also the potential of diseases like anthrax used by terrorists, or smallpox. ( the virus is kept in laboratories in the U.S. and Russia.) I don't believe that this is fear- mongering, but one must use common sense... The CDC and WHO have always been pioneers in disease control.
