Fun fact: At that size your character shouldn't take fall damage at all. Pretty much anything smaller than a squirrel doesn't have enough mass to overcome wind resistance and can fall from any height unharmed.

You also wouldn't be able to swim since the surface tension of water would too strong to break. The oils on the exoskeletons of insects allows them to be able to overcome this otherwise they wouldn't be able to.
