Sir, will be coming to Cebu in a few days. along pangutana is, when you go inside establishments, wa bay pangitaon, say, vax card or unsa? Would really appreciate your answer.

Allow me to answer you Mam. Under Alert level 1, wala nay hahanapin pa Mam. Diretso na lang ka ug sulod to any establishments in any cities of Metro Cebu. God bless po.

If I understand your question right, you are asking if you need to present documents when entering establishments like malls, restaurants, etc? Actually no. they dont check it when entering. Hotel is an exception though. 🙂

Your city development is only good in the beginning but after 2 years, there's no follow-up city maintenance and thereafter- of all your structures built.
