Matatalo na yong cebu sa manila kasi magkakaroon narin ang manila ng mga man made na mga beaches at resort at five star hotel na nga yon inumpisahan na magtambak sa reclamation

Most of Cebu's progress have been in the central and northern parts. It's about time the southern part start to have its own progress. Cebu Landmasters (CLI) have been in development and real estate sales, from what I know, of condominiums all over the country. @3:30 "this is one of CLI's biggest projects thus far" I have a relative who's been to Las Vegas for their (CLI) realtors conference and to a few other countries for sales events. And although this is CLI's biggest project since, I think CLI is a very reputable and reliable partner for Miglanilla. This is the first time I've heard of this project, thanks for the video.

Way back 2012,,wala pa msyado mall ,wala pa sm srp,and then 2016 sa bakasyon ko nmn ngbago ng open yong sm at November 19,2016 ,May Gaisano narin next to sm saka star mall sa dulo on the way to minglanilla ,,sna tuloy2 na ang cebu sa factory at more industry narin ,may techno park sa talisay ,nasarado ba?

Di ko alam yung techno park sa Talisay. I-check ko pa yon. Yes sana magkaroon ng maraming industries para may trabaho para sa mga local workers. Salamat
