These stories these ladies have shared about their loved ones passing touched my heart so much. When I was told that my mom passed (7 months ago) all I could do was worship. I dreaded the day I'd lose a parent my whole life, and when it happened, my Heavenly Father was right there with me. People were surprised that I'd showed up to church the day she passed, but my heart yearned to be in the Father's house. I'm so thankful that He's helped me through and will continue to.💜

Wow it’s amazing the same thing I said thank you God when my dad passed away from Covid on 2/19/2022. My dad was very independent he was 97 years old. He would walk up the street to the post office, drug store & grocery store. Love to gardening. When my dad was in the hospital he told me he wants to go meet his maker. I went home called his minister to come to the hospital. My dad passed one month later. When I receive the call of his passing. I said thank you God my dad is with you and he is no longer suffering. God is so good. I was so at peace.

There is hope beyond the rejection and the abandonment for us women that grew up without our fathers that were abandoned and rejected by our fathers we are redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ and accepted by The Great I Am he is our father it's his love that teaches us to love and forgive our natural fathers there is hope beyond the pain it found in the person of Christ Jesus plain and simple that's my testimony if it had not been for the blood of Jesus I wouldn't be sitting here where I am right now I would have been long gone because I could not see the purpose in my existence I could not embrace why God will permit me to be born into a world like this where it's okay to abandon your children to reject them and throw them away as if they are nothing more than trash where parents separate their children from their fathers knowing that they need their guidance. But I'm so grateful to God that he holds all power and authority in his hands that trouble don't last always that the pain loses it's power when I relinquish it to the father there is joy beyond the pain of rejection and the abandonment issues that some of us have to learn to overcome and all glory and honor and praise belongs to God his love liberates us it on shackles us from the torment and the torturing pain associated with being rejected and abandoned by your own father glory to God .

My favorite portion of this episode was about learning to trust God. I'm a survivor of molestation from my father and being cheated on in numerous relationship and my marriage. It's difficult after being let down and so hurt. I've even had friends hurt and abandon me without a single words that I don't even like to speak with many people, leave my home, or take any risks because I've been hurt time and time again. The Lord has seen me through tough places and helped me during a dark time of wanting to give up on life but I'm still a bit away from trusting. I think I'm more hopeful than trusting because I have to believe that it gets better someday.

I have been touched by this message. Being the victim of sin by others in my life, and confessing it to God to be healed, delivered from all of the attributes of the sin, so I can be restored unto Jesus. Yes His presence is everything!!!!!! The Holy Spirit bears witness with my spirit that i am a child of God.... Last Sunday the still small voice told me to carry some pads(for that time of the month) I said but Holy Spirit it's not that time for me why should I carry them???? I didn't carry any. Instead I went to my daughter because I thought she was still on hers. She said mum I am done already. I said just carry one in case she needed it lol. Off to church we went. IMMEDIATELY at the end of the church service a lady I have never seen before(we are a big church) walked straight up to me and said sister do you have a pad for me? I almost fainted. I literally took her by the hand looking for my daughter( who fortunately carried one) and gave it to the lady. I cried when we parted ways and I said Sweet Holy Spirit..... You really mean you know the future. He knew that lady needed my help hours before. I know I am in safe hands. He knows my future. I will not fear. Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!

But I serve a God, who is Holy, Righteous, True, Faithful. All those things that man is not. In the middle of darkness, it's difficult to feel God. When the heart is crushed, it feels like God has forsaken me or God is punishing me. Cos God knows everything and nothing happens without his permission. "My God My God why have you forsaken me?!". Also my voice is loud in my head during dark periods that I can't hear God or the Holy Spirit. It's pure panic in storm for me.

I am in a similar situation at this very moment that Lisa was sharing about and proverbs 3 5-6 has always been my life's scripture since I can remember and the Lord is so sweet and caring that He reminded me of that this morning while feeling so lonely and lost He is faithful and I can worship Him in the midst of everything ❤ Thank You Father God for being my everything and my everyone that I no longer have! 🙏 and thank you Better Together for allowing me to grow and heal through this program 💛

Thank you Ladies for this TRUST transparency. God is and has always been my Protector because He has always taken me in especially when I was reared by my father without my biological mother and when my daddy passed, God really took me up and placed strong wise God fearing God filled women in my life that I know I have to ALWAYS TRUST IN THE LORD and He will not and has not forsaken abandoned nor forsaken me. I can't say God never failed me, I felt He did. I prayed and prayed and stood in faith He could save my marriage in a Christian way, like Fireproof the Movie, but He didn't. Then you're faced with how to accept this. One, He wasn't God's choice, He was my choice. Therefore, God knew what was best for me. Only terms of getting back together were not love, but selfishness. That wasn't GOD, sometimes GOD says No to our prayers, we have to accept that and move on with GOD. 🙂👱‍♀️😷

This is what I’m learning right now. Being pregnant and me feeling alone and with life’s obstacles. I have to put my trust into God. I tell you anyone reading this. God will give you a peace that scares you. You don’t know where it’s coming from. He will give you strength and will be there every step of the way. I have to remind myself everyday while growing my baby. But My God is everything. I trust him and I need him.
