In the late 80s , I bought a lot of Hip Hop records, the productions were quite similar and dope. 25 years later I understood why, Paul C! I researched this dude and was quite saddened about what happen to him. I remember Hip Hop going a bit stale for me in 90/91, never had the same dopeness after Paul C passed!

Ultramagnetic Mcs ah yeh! I was lucky enough to see them live in UK a few years back. What a treat! I've only recently learned the tragic story of Paul C, I'm surprised his name is not mentioned more often as he is clearly a huge influence on many artists of the time. What a shock that must have been to his friends and family. Really saddened and now I just keep trying to find out more about the man, I am definitely going to be searching out his productions now as they are clearly very special. Paul C. R.I.P One love all.
