Cedar Points Next Coaster Is INSANE

Cedar Point is about to get one of the biggest investments ever in the park's history. Cedar Point's next coaster is gonna be epic & there’s a pretty big chance it could even overtake steel vengeance as the best coaster at the park, & maybe even become the best coaster in the world. Cedar Point is getting ready to wow us all!

They need another wooden coaster, and being Cedar Point, they obviously need the biggest one, so I think a 200 foot tall Gravity Group or GCI would be perfect. I know it’s kind of unrealistic, but they did get Raptor, Mantis, Gatekeeper, Valravn and Steel Vengeance which were all at the time of their opening the largest of their type.

I think you are spot on with the timeline, I think 3 years is perfect for the next major addition (4 at the most) I do have to disagree however, the easy button is to say they will come out with a Mack Spinner, just because it's the popular coaster that Cedar Point doesn't have Here are the 3 things that Cedar Point needs in every new coaster: 1) Reliability 2) Capacity 3) Ingenuity Top Thrill 2 was brought on because they believe it will be way more reliable, it can seat 20 people per ride, and they now have a record breaking triple launch coaster It's why I dont see the Raptor ever becoming a thing at Cedar Point, with a park that is as busy as they are, you need rides that can hold at least 20-30 per ride I could see a flying coaster, or a dualing woodie in place of gemini before a Mack Spinner

Let's hope this happens. That was the best ride I have ridden in years. I ride coasters all.over the world and this ride at Silver Dollar city shocked me and gave me that surprise every time. Perfect for CP but hopefully they are don't wait that long.

Why does CP only care about coasters but along the way they remove unique flats, slow rides like two car rides (they still have Cadillac Cars), Space Spiral, two dark rides (Pirate Ride and Disaster Transport which really was a bobsled coaster in the dark), a few flume rides, Paddlewheel Excursions and now Snake River Expedition, etc.? Don't they care about families and rides that families can ride together? They still have the Sky Ride and steam train. Are they trying to attract young thrill seekers with these extreme, tall, and super fast coasters? Some rides have so many G forces it's like being an astronaut in a rocket being blasted into space. I won't ride fast rides and coasters. I live near Dorney Park in PA. I like Haunt in the fall at Dorney Park.

Personally, I would love a Mack Extreme Spinner, but because we got Wild Mouse, I see it as unlikely because I know cedar point wanted a spinning coaster and got it with Wild Mouse.

That's possible, but one is an extreme coaster and one is a family coaster. A lot of parks will have 2 similar coasters one large extreme version & one small family version.

I think all eyes are north of the border at the moment with Canada's Wonderland 2025 addition. Looking this far into Cedar Points future without Dragster 2.0 being given its moment to shine is a little shortsighted!

The thing is. It’s the wicked twister but in the form of the dragster. It’s probably an unbelievable ride that makes you crave the new revamp for millennium force so much more you revent the main streak, and it became the best freaking roller coaster in the United States of America so revamping the millennium force will ultimately be the best revenue generating ride possibly in mankind.

The B&M Giga Is a real possibility,when they redid meanstreak it was considered to tear it down and put a giga in its place..When TT2 bids came in,once again B&M wanted to tear it down and put a giga there..They have more chance of getting a giga than surf coaster...The trex concept would be awesome

Record breaking coasters come with record breaking problems, record breaking downtime, and record-breaking time & money to fix them. Hopefully Cedar Point learned _something_ with TTD. This video claims TTD will be more reliable, nobody knows this. They took the least expensive route hiring Zamperla, who have no experience in a project like this. I predict more issues. Breaking records does not make thrilling roller coasters, yet that's most of what I hear; When will we break 500 feet? Will RMC build a T Rex? What new technology or inversion is next? Cedar Point could use a thrilling, mid-sized wood coaster. A near-replica of their famous Cyclone, a coaster with life and soul, a coaster unique, beautiful & thrilling on Cedar Point's landscape of steel, a coaster made of wood.

Hi,What about that six flags Saudi Arabia Monster Roller Coaster there building.It's supposed to be the Tallest,Longest & Fastest in the World.We need one bigger than that Six Flags at our Jackson NJ location.It's an Enormous Roller Coaster on the otherside of the World.The animation of it is insane & there building it now.Great Adventure needs to make one bigger & faster than Saudi Arabia's six flags new coaster.🎢

I wish, but I doubt that would ever happen. That coaster probably costs between 50-100 million dollars.
