Damn fine content. Keep it up. Came back after a little over ten years and jumping into the power levels my friends are at has been hard. So much I don’t know. This sort of content is just what I needed. Subbed

Love these guides, really helpful. Do more of the 5 colors ones like Kendrith or even mono color ones like Yisan or Magda.

Thank you so much! Kenrith is coming in the next few weeks or so and I have a couple mono color lists that'll be popping up as well sometime soon.

I’ve watched this multiple times to try and become a better Najeela player. Is there any way we can get a updated video on the more slanted version of najeela running intuition breach lines?
@LemorasCards Жыл бұрын
I actually very recently tried to do this but the player I had in mind couldn't fit it in, it may be something that happens sometime soon though.

Great video, thanks! I have a Najeela list, but it's a bit old, so it's cool having something I can compare it to and hearing what/why that other list is doing what it does.

great video thank you. I personally don't really understand how ad nauseum works in the deck. I just kind of don't like it personally, but i'm open to an explanation to help me.
@LemorasCards Жыл бұрын
It's really just a way to get so many cards in hand you basically can't lose. If it resolves you'll gain access to so much mana, interaction, combo pieces, and tutors that putting together a win becomes almost guaranteed. This isn't a deck that has to resolve Ad Naus to win, but if you're able to do it with a reasonable life total, it almost always wins you the game.

I definitely like this as Najeela is my favorite deck to play. I have yet to win a tournament with her though because too many people are scared of her lol
@LemorasCards2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! She definitely has a target on her back, but stick with it and I'm sure you'll take one down at some point!

@@LemorasCards that's the plan. I've been playing her for 3 years so far.

Which is better, Najeela or Sisay 5 color?
@LemorasCards2 жыл бұрын
They're pretty different decks, but the general consensus is that Najeela is one of the top 3 or so decks in the format, if not number 1.
@vatarants2 жыл бұрын
Sisay is more staxy and has her unique line of combo. She survives in stax environment. The deck aim for slower game plan. Najeela is faster but more fragile. She goes with Breach and Ad nauseam better than Sisay. (I don't include Breach in my Sisay) It's up to skill of the player though. I'm Sisay player, never have real problem againt Najeela.
@horacecampbell848310 ай бұрын
I main both. I won a tournament with my sissy deck. They are completely different game style. Like you wouldn’t need to run the breach throacle line in sissy but it’s very viable in najeela. Sissy you really just need a good dockside and boom you can just win. That’s the main difference. Najeela u need to have the pieces available. Or a way to get them. Sissy just need a dockside and boom games over.

Yeah Im a little confused at the way hes referring to Ad Naus as a win in the same vein as Najeela and Thoracle. Unless I missed something, Naus is a path and a strategy to find a win, not the win in itself. Id like to know what we are expecting to find with Naus if its not Thoracle combo parts
@LemorasCards2 жыл бұрын
@@Vote4Drizzt I can't speak for him 100%, but you can think of Naus as a win condition/pillar of the deck in that the deck is able to cast an Ad Nauseam and win that turn reliably. Despite being Midrange you have very successful nauses that see a lot of cards and often find you a way to win that turn, whether it be through thoracle or Najeela herself. In that way, in many decks you can think of the card as a one card win condition that will at times cause your gameplan to change.
@horacecampbell848310 ай бұрын
The problem I see when I play her early is, they try to remove her right away. Like I hate playing her early because she is a target. So we need to look into that. And even if I hold up protection. It’s not enough to stop 2 ppl

Well thanks guys just got into magic, don't have a lot of money, can't do anything yall want me to do. The earliest I've ever been able to get a win with najeela was turn 6 and I have none of the cards yall mentioned here. Also with the recent ban list 3 cards from this video you fact even use anymore.
@LemorasCards23 күн бұрын
@ReaperSaga-3713 I don't ever recommend someone just getting into cEDH actually purchase the cards. Way too huge an investment, and the vast majority of people and tournaments are proxy friendly! You can check out some of my more recent content, like my 2025 cedh guide to get a bit more up to date, though I haven't specifically covered Najeela post ban yet.
@ReaperSaga-371323 күн бұрын
@LemorasCards Alright heck yea thanks for responding. Yea I like making my own proxies but weirdly don't like using them lol. I also only have a 3 person group so experience there isn't the best. I tell you what though, I'm gonna subscribe and wait for anticipation for the video coming out. I'll watch the video you suggested and some of your old content to learn more. Thank you, hope you had a good Christmas.

what about Nature's Will?
@LemorasCards2 жыл бұрын
I think Pongo's current take on it is that the card is fine to run, just not currently making the list for him. I think it's mostly replaced by Grim Hireling because Hireling 1. Has no land requirements with amounts or colors 2. is a creature itself being harder to counter and being an attacker and 3. having the added flexibility of repeatable removal. Seems like a good addition if you feel you need it though!
