Great Video! I did giggle a bit when Mons brought up the cost of Dualcaster Mage + Heat Shimmer/Twin flame combo being expensive. Just as I told my brother the other night on the same topic Godo + Helm costs 11 mana, eventually, you will get there. LOL

I have this guy built but as a mystic forge combo deck. He works very well especially storming by using his ability to free carry hurkyls to build a fast count.

I feel like he should try running curse of opulence, it’s only 1 mana so it’s a good first turn play especially off the back of a sol ring into a signet, it also puts a target on someone else’s back which helps with his initial table talk about being bad urza, and gold in this deck is better than treasure because it doesn’t have to tap to make the mana so each gold is essentially 2 mana for a turn or 1 mana every turn

Actually reminds me of a lot of what I'm doing with kykar/Elana deck.(they're swappable partners depending on how people feel about each commander). Actually gives me ideas for it. Very interesting deck though! I like seeing cedh decks that aren't obvious.

So I brewed this deck and been play testing it and it’s run into some problems. There’s really no way to get to your stax pieces . If you don’t draw it immediately you get out worked fast since the deck is slow. That’s my main gripe is the consistency. Also the deck doesn’t get as many treasures as one may think. Again besides muddle the mixture and imperial recruiter there’s not many ways to get to the treasure makers . It’s a multi step tutor process to get to another tutor to get there and you end up just losing since the meta is so fast. I enjoy the deck but it just falters
