The show is supposedly in a rough neighborhood. But everyone dresses like they live in West Hollywood with Ralph Lauren type clean and crisp bright new clothes. Not one well-worn tee shirt. No tattoos. Clean new fashionable shoes. It’s more like a black family moving into an upscale neighborhood. I wish my kitchen and living room looked modern like these families!!!

Cedric brother should be Steve on the show "The Neighborhood" 😆

I like the premise of this show, just as I liked All in the Family! My only complaint is the son of Cedric and Tichina...he looks way tooooo old!

This show felt like a racist version of “Dennis the Menace” and “SpongeBob Squarepants” because all 3 shows involve a friendly resident dealing with a neighbor who despises him

The media in this dilapidated façade of a nation is structured from the *ground up* to divide people over _many_ kinds of trivialities, not just race (although race is a big one). Virtually every person living in Murka gets an unhealthy dose of "entertainment" media radioactivity almost every day. Black Murkans have BET (and a few others) to assist them in loathing whytes, while whytes have basically 97% of the remaining airwaves to magnify their existing bigotry against basically everyone who isn't white. In the end, NO one wins except the wealthy & powerful who run the show.

I like how she brought that up as a black man…it’s the safe racism that’s like “tolerable” or “you’re so well spoken”
