Kendrick is just different...from everyone...not only in the rap community. Kendrick will go down as the GOAT. Kendrick Lamar EP, OD, Sec. 80, GKMC, TPAB, Untitled Unmastered, Honorable mention of Black Panther album, Damn, and now this are all great bodies of work. We could take it further and say even his (what sounds more like a mixtape) is even up there, C4. No one can mess with this man, incredible!

This album reminds me of Me against the World - 2Pac. It was really personal. 9,5/10 easy.

It's a great album. Definitely requires multiple listens to take in the lyrics. The production, the beats, the musicality is top tier. Another great one! 🙌🏾💯🔥

i absolutely understand people who are upset about Kendrick using the f-slur. it's important to remember that this song is not made towards already open minded and trans people. it is made so people who are transphobic and/or homophobic understand it in a language that, sadly, is closer to them. i personally love the song and wholeheartedly hope that it changed at least one person's mind and made them think on their views.

Is definitely a album that is for people who just tryna listen through , I seen people talk bad about it when it first came out but is just the people with high expectations expecting Kendrick to come out tryna get number 1 hits like his past albums

How can anyone get “offended” by auntie diaries? Are they offended that he actually said the words? People should really sit down and listen to the song. During the song he expresses so many of his emotions and vulnerability. These people that are offended must have just read or heard the quote from the song without listening to it. The very last line of the song should clear up all of those misconceptions

It's not a party album, kendrick lamar has mindful listening, non Commercial music. Anybody can have songs for the radio but to have you think and take your personal life out there and make it sound great is hard. Like Jay z 4:44 Album, love the video by the way.

The mixed pronouns were purposeful because he didn't actually understand at first what it meant to be trans.

also about „him getting the pronouns wrong“: i think he did ise his uncles old pronouns in order to shlw that these verses represents maybe what he tought about in the pst? or he used them while referring to his uncle in the past before he became a man. if u know what i mean. and i think it's actually genius tonpit it that way
