Thanks Holly, I have never heard of these traditions before. They sound so lovely, cosy and hopeful. Did you grow up with these celebrations? Or if not, how did you learn about them? ❤

I was put in foster care and later adopted, so unfortunately I didn't grow up with my biological PA German roots. I've pieced together fun traditions for myself that I've learned after researching my family's genealogy. I bought a book written in German on Rauhnächte that I thought was really neat, so I started incorporating it into my holiday traditions.
