Back in 2001 when we got the civic SI I bought one and put a Jackson Racing Blower on it and the Gretty Evo 3 piece exhaust. It sounded like a bullet bike with that combination back in 2001. Great product, no issues way back then. Ran the car for a number of years with that set up, it was dialed. Sold it to a girl, 3 weeks later she blew through the built clutch and trans.

Great video, thanks for taking us along. Tiny nit to pick - the Trabant the guy mentioned isn't a Soviet made car, it was East German made :). Little box of plastic that was top of the line when it was introduced in the 50s/60s, but never developed any further so hopelessly out of date by the end of the GDR in 1989.

Way back in 1994 my Greddy stainless steel cat cack exhaust made my 1.5 liter 102hp Honda Civic Dx sound way faster than it actually was. I moved from California to Michigan and through six winters it did not get one speck of rust from winter road salt.

For all the great products that Greddy makes (and I own half a dozen on my car), their US tech support is appalling. I'm pretty sure it's just one dude. When it comes to any part or part # that's more than a few years old they have no idea what you're talking about and no interest in trying. If you're doing a resto mod or a period correct build, trust me, you're FAR better off consulting old forums or just giving it a go on your own.

The customer service here in the UK is terrible too! The official importer is next to useless imo. Such a shame as I’ve been buying Greddy parts for my cars since the mid 2000’s. Love the parts, love the brand, love the culture, but the customer service sucks. Regardless, will still keep buying Greddy till I’m either too old to drive anymore or stop building cars.

How about an anniversary re-release of the original Greddy Evolution exhuasts?! Mine is hanging on by a rusty thread and it's honestly the best sounding exhaust on a 4cyl I have ever heard.... I refuse to let it die!!!!!
