1st time I Heard of Dom I was watching a Australian Drum Compilation video, and he amazed me on his dynamics, JOY behind the kit. His knowledge/ Passion. He actually bumped his glasses and nicked his nose and never lost the passion and his furious groove! I was Hooked.... that vertical China Boy he had on the right....he even replied to some of my comments years ago. That showed me he cared. You care! Nice tribute "Amigo Muy Bueno"👍 Zeke

I met Dom at PASIC on several occasions. I only had to introduce myself the first time I met him. He would always remember my name! He always did the private teaching seminar where he would bring in artists like Weckl, Stanton Moore, and other guys. Every time you went to see him at an event it was as if just one day has passed. Yeah, I miss him too...Great Man he was

Great tribute video. I didn’t know him but he seemed like a very good person. Only the good die young it seems.

Thanks very much and yes he was the best person. I never met anyone like him and I know I never will! He was absolutely one of a kind. I was blessed to be able to know him! I wish he could have lived to 100 but as you say only the good die young!!

I watched a bunch of video of him 10 years ago. Definitely noticed that he was a cut apart. His clinics are far deeper than just the music. Having him as a friend was an amazing gift. Tim, you did a real nice tribute to the man. I feel like I know him a bit, and perhaps missed out on something special. I'm not even a drummer. Just a guitar player with drums in the studio and rudimentary skills (keep a beat, know where the 1 is, play a shuffle). I've been to a few drum clinics, and find they offer valuable "music education" to anyone. After all, we all use rhythm.

Dom always had a message at every clinic or masterclass. He always wanted people to come away inspired motivated and excited. He was a great motivational speaker and I always enjoyed listening to him speak. He was a deep guy no doubt. Thanks and glad you liked the tribute! Onward and upward!!
