100% the truth : I did more of a tabata style lift: more endurance focused / just to get the blood flowing : they recommend lifting weights first because your core is at its strongest so it limits the risk of injury : when I’m Lifting heavy or doing a hypertrophic based lift cardio is always last 💯

Cabin crew need to reduce their single use plastics. Everyone seems to visit Starbucks and leave with plastic, plastic, plastic - not good!

This can be said about any work environment not just with cabin crews. In order to reduce plastic you need to go to the main source to create a huge difference which are the companies themselves.

Why Not? Starbucks and other such large companies need to come up with recyclable containers but, until they do, individuals have choices. You’re quite right ideally we would sit in Starbucks and drink our coffee. That, I agree, is not always possible so individuals could consider using their own containers. Nothing is easy in this world but we all need to improve our environmental footprint.

@@georgefraser589 Until large corporations can turn it into profit its not going to happen. Our recycling isn't even being recycled. Its sitting in warehouses. China and India stopped buying it from us. We don't even use our own recycling in this country. Maybe that will change. Most of it goes into land fills. These small communites that have recycling is a waste financially for them and thats why they take it with the rest of the trash and still charge for the service. When it becomes cheaper to recycle than make it new I guess they will show interest. Im 49 and probably won't see it in my lifetime. If it doesnt effect people in there lives, when its out of site its out of mind. Plastic cups aren't slowing people down. Straws aren't hurting them. We are a very selfish group of creatures and will in time destroy ourselves. No one cares until its them!!!!
