Done a three week tour of Texas in April 23 Taking in the 4 big cities. Dalas was are favourite just beating San Antonio. When you guys are in Austin make sure you go to Terry Blacks BBQ, next level !!!! Love watching your blogs guys. Keep it up. 😊

When you are in Dallas be sure to visit Highland Park/University Park and the Preston Hollow area of Dallas for the best homes, and be sure and visit Northpark Mall for luxury shopping!

I found the original sandwich shop on TikTok by searching best lunch spots in Dallas 😂 but when it was closed we just walked around and found the pizza place. It seemed a lovely area!

Driving from Dallas to Austin on I-35 on a Friday is really brave for newcomers. Taking a detour to Waco to see Chip & Joanna’s Magnolia store is worth a visit if you have the time. They’ve built a large business from the HGTV and Discovery Channel shows

Austin’s S Congress street (just south of downtown) has Tecovas store and Allen boot Company store if you haven’t looked at boots and hats. Tecovas was my favorite. The area is old Austin with high end stores being built and a SoHo House and Equinox. Aba Austin ( Mediterranean-make reservations) and Guero’s (Mexican food) are staples there. Don’t miss the mural “I Love You so Much” for a selfie. I used to live in Austin and I miss its laid back style.
