I rarely comment, but I truly think the paints and colors of the inside of the chateau are perfectly perfect, just the way they are. The interior colors express the mood perfectly from the sky and the gardens, as well as the exterior of the chateau and shutters, and needs no redecoration IMO.

I continue to be blown away by your channel. I am still trying to sort out who is who and what the relationships are between them. Especially with various relatives visiting. …. Such a great family and group of friends but it can be challenging to keep it straight in my mind. Guess I’m feeling my age a bit, (78)! Love your (Aunt ?) her color and wallpaper design seminar was fascinating. I think her suggestions for your beautiful Chateau Puy Vadal is “spot on” …. how’s that for modern vernacular? I also watch Stephanie at Chateau LaLande and admire all her historical knowledge on this style of wallpaper. I don’t think you can have enough of this type of content - thus you are, in my opinion, making great marketing and business decisions … hats off to the lady, (or is it ladies), of the Chateau …! Gosh! I LOVED this episode. I can’t even begin to pick a favorite part! Having family is always so important and your aunt has fantastic style. I loved her wallpaper ideas. Can’t wait to see y’all’s new apartment area. I know what you mean about big rooms. You really feel lost. My grandmother’s house had huge rooms and high ceilings. They had the ceiling lowered to 9 feet in the den/kitchen area and it was much cozier. I just loved what y’all have done! So good🥳

Your video quality is getting better with each video you make! Totally amazing! You also seem a lot more relaxed behind the camera. One recommendation I would make is to not cut off the speaking in the videos, I noticed you cut to a different clip sometimes mid sentance. The one clip with your aunt explaining about the wallpaper was cut off and I really was interested to hear what she was saying. Just a recommendation, no criticism at all :)

Thank you for the update! I was struck by the struggle to find your own space in the chateau. I never thought about that, but it is really important! I am glad you recognized the need and found the space to isolate and decompress a bit! I think it is good to recognize that your needs may change as your lives evolve at your chateau... nothing is forever... You will find what works for you and that is what matters! When your Aunt Carmen was showing you the wallpapers and came to the blue and white toile it reminded me of a paper by designer Johnson Hartig he designed for Schumacher called 'Plates and Platters' He used it in his small dining room which is a little over the top but still very cool!
