Looking back two years, you have accomplished so much. You have put your touch on the chateau and brought it back to life! Just a tip: I have had sets of those Laguiole steak knives for years. Ones with steel handles and ones with wooden ones as well as the horn handled ones you showed. Both steel and wood are ok in the dishwasher. You just need to oil the wooden ones every now and again. But never put the horn ones in the machine. Quick hand wash and dry to keep them beautiful and shiny.

As someone who had numerous tapestries, I'd protect that one by making sure the bed has a headboard so people don't sit or put their head against it.

Put red dots on corners for XL sheets, green dots for double or Queen blue for single. Makes it easy, it’s hidden when sheets are on bed

Winter is so underrated--If you have the proper clothing, it can be the most magical time. (I live in Chicago, so I have the gear--LOL). Really good trick is to sow a little corner of each blanket in a different thread you can even line them all up so when you make the bed you know what end goes at the bottom color coded by bed size or even by room

I love your channel! My partner and I bought a beautiful creek side 5 acre property in the states to do something similar to what you all are doing there - artist workshops, classes, possibly overnight guests, etc. There are so many challenges that come with remodeling, maintenance, and repairs of a property like this and at times we have really questioned our choice. Lol You and your family have given us so much courage and inspiration to keep going with everything that we have been dreaming and working towards for this place, ourselves, and our family.
