I have heard nothing about those developmentally delayed and require special services that can only be found st a SODC facility. Not everyone is properly cared for in the community. SODCs provide both community and facility services. A win, win plan. Maybe talk to parents and guardians of this population. Mu daughter is 60 years old functions like a 3 year old. Thank you.
