N.O.V.A. has become more powerful than initially expected. We need an increased security budget and staff need access to high strength tranquilizers. Re: what you NEED is to keep him pacified jim. You have full control of this simulation. I understand that it needs to be believable enough to keep him convinced, but if you see him getting agitated, it's your job to cool him down. We can't afford a higher security budget, and if this goes sour, we could be looking at a class-z scenario.
