What's wrong in your head that you believe a crime is only a crime once its been convicted? The act is the criminal offence, not the conviction. Neither was in prison when these clips were filmed and thus by your standards ( as illogical as they are), it still counts because crimes and bad behaviour only get committed once found guilty. The fact that you can't see that Gordon Ramsey was acting in an extremely inappropriate way, ignoring all boundaries set both through body language and verbal tells me that you can't spot a predator even when pointed out, that is the classic tells. How far he goes with that behind the scenes, well who knows but most are worse behind closed doors and many predators go uncaught for years due to the nature of the criminal justice system and how rough it is for the victims. Just because someone hasn't been charged, doesn't mean they aren't guilty. Their actions were the same and you can throw in the women with Justin beiber too!. Boundary breaking, destabilising, overtly sexual behaviour that was not consented to or appreciated.
