1. Natural Hair: is a coined term for afro textured hair (meaning no weaves, extensions, wigs, perms, or texturizers) 2. 99% of all the women are wearing their real hair (2 of them may have extensions. Rihanna's hair was straightened and pin-rolled, so that is her hair). 3. The Latin music is copyright free music. Stop complaining about it. 4. Be open minded in the comments and don't go into pointless debates. This is a fun video showcasing natural hair. 5. If people have questions, kindly educate them don't be rude and defensive 6. Temmy Id hair protective style having our hair out 24/7 damages it and then you'll have to cut it off some other ppl do it for the same reason but because they are growing the I hair out as well others because having natural hair out alot takes a lot of care and becomes annoying after a while
@smp65657 жыл бұрын
Leah Williams I suppose I didn't look at it from that point of view..still they don't just look natural, they look so much better! Loving the big lovely hair and surely they're rich enough to have it being cared for properly? To each their own I suppose :)

It is not really about the expense of having natural hair cared for. Exposure to heat is what damages it. Even with the most expensive hair care, the heat would get to it.

Not spreading hate or anything, but that comment you made is half right. It’s just extremely hard to maintain when it’s natural , it’s more convenient for me for example to have it in braids or in a weave , while we still have to maintain it , it’s not a everything 3 hour thing , in order to keep it healthy if we are wearing it natural it takes ALOOOT.

Alexandra sweetie, if u havent seen it, that means u havent paid attention. Many yall are paying more attention now
@ertfgghhhh6 жыл бұрын
Zana Music i respectfully disagree. I have been natural for over 20years. Washing my hair is the shower and squeezing the water out, adding conditioner or product (15min) and brushing/combing doesnt take long even when my hair is long in natural state. My daughter is 4c and takes her even less. She does the same i do but picks her hair out, pulls in ponytail or headband and goes to school. It doesnt have to be complicated. But tgen again, we dont manipulate our hair to get it to mimic another texture or do what it doesnt naturally. We are happy how it comes out of it pores.

There's always misconception about black people hair,. Because of the variety of styles we do.

I said back in 2012 they needed to have Take It Off! day. A day when all famous black women stand up and take those mops off. They are what's holding us back. How can we expect to be viewed as queens when we're wearing someone's crown? It starts with self love...from the head to toe.
@angelsherrer81557 жыл бұрын
Yes☺️but we also don't need them to make that decision for our selves. Why wait for them ya know?

I went natural for the first time in 2008. Since then my texture has changed about 3 times. What you consume plays a factor as well. Your hair will grow like grass and need moisture daily, if you drink water and also wet it often you will see your hair in its true essence. You have to get past the new growth feeling and watch your hair grow without straightening it. You will be amazed. I actually hate my hair being straight now and I don't fall iron it nor put heat on it. It takes some time to see your real hair. At least a few years post last relaxer.
@lilbabytears4 жыл бұрын
Mel Ross , when you say to wet your hair daily is it necessary to add an oil as well or not? Do you also drench your hair or lightly wet it until your next wash day? Thank youu
@mpr924824 жыл бұрын
@@lilbabytears if I don't wet it in the shower, I use a spray bottle. And I honestly don't use oil everyday. Maybe 3-4 times a week. Unless I use my blue magic grease, then I don't use no other oils at all, only wet it in the shower a little to get it damp and do a twist out. I can go 2-3 days without touching my hair except spraying a little water on it, just having it up in a bun. I learned the more I leave it alone the more it grows.

I think all of these beautiful black women looks beautiful with their natural hair, but I get why a lot of of women and mainly celebrity black women weave it up. You have to think going to photo shoots, ads, etc and all different people in your head using hot tools. It's best to abuse the fake hair, not tear and rip out out your real hair. I wish people stop thinking just because you have a weave you don't have any hair or black women hair can't grow. It's all about taking care of your hair and you body and protective styles (weave done right braid not too tight, etc.) I love being a beautiful black women we are very versatile with our look.
