Charles Dutton served his time. The other people didn't. Dutton from the movie Rudy wasn't famous or rich when he killed someone He was 16 yrs old. Blame the justice system because they let a lot of teenage murders out of juvie when they turn 18. He had to serve 8 yrs in prison for attacking a guard.

Johnny Lewis had post-concussion syndrome. I've had two concussions, and both times, did extremely stupid things afterwards. My friends tried to warn me, but I wouldn't listen. My judgement was badly screwed up for years. Abused alcohol, got into bad relationships, made lousy career choices... it all seemed completely rational and normal at the time. I had brain damage, and the doctors didn't bother to tell me. I'm still recovering, 18 years later.

fun fact, men are have to be reckless drivers who were more prone to road rage than women. Even in my country women tend to be safer drivers as they're not involved in many accidents and generally obey traffic laws than men.
