One day he could be trucking through Alberta or Saskatchewan,, and by the end of the week he could be passing through Alabama or Florida. The fact that they have 75 murdered african american women in 20 years (have heard this case and the possible serial killer many times) and there has been no traction is mind-boggling! It makes me wonder though, 5-7 years ago they arrested a black man named Darren Deon Vann for the murder of a 19 year old female and suspected of 6 others in Hammond and Gary Indiana. I have actually stayed at the Motel 6, as well as a few other people I know during that same time period which is chilling. Is it possible he was involved in some of but not all of the Chicago serial Murders? I am sure that he was not in the area for all of them, but then again how can anyone ever be sure of someone's whereabouts if they are a drifter or transient. Makes you really wonder.

I'm not making this up guys - and I'm not trying to spread fear or paranoia, it's weaseled in deep and there's definitely the feeling of a PSCYHO - PATH running around. I have been the target for a while now without even truly noticing, these people are terrifying and are extremely hard to kill due to their nature. We know that most serial killers usually have a history of animal abuse. I also suspect that these people prey off more vulnerable people (such as the indigenous, African-American, gay, homeless etc) in their early days. These are both crimes that are ignored by law enforcement. These crimes need to be taken seriously by police and a nation-wide database of these offenders kept which will automatically highlight common offenders.
