The Texarkana Moonlight Murders! I'm completely aware that it's not related to this topic, but the dude, technically, could still be "active". Jason Vorhees isn't even scary after watching the Town That Dreaded Sundown. Jason looks like a special-need's-dude, and the Phantom Killer you can see the murder in his eye's! I understand the phrase, "blue-eyed-devil" a little better now!

There's a difference between an ACTIVE serial killer and a string of serial killings that are unsolved. Every victim deserves justice for sure and all cases should be investigated. But shootings from 40+ years ago can't really be called active......

So you could say 15 years for weed or no punishment at all for weed in actual free countries or even death in extremist countries. Of course this guy would have been put to death or never seen the light of day in the country where you get 15 years for weed so its really silly to make the comparison. Dont get me wrong im against all victimless crimes. Im against my country calling its self the land of the free when its the exact opposite. But my fellow countrymen love being lied to and for the most part hate freedom. But it sounds good so they say it.

They don't know it was him for sure, but it is LIKELY. There are no definitive ties between Montoya and the West Mesa murders other than the proximity of his location and the burials. As is, he is the prime suspect, but they need real evidence to conclude the murders were committed by him. Worth noting that he is not the only suspect, and some investigators believe it was multiple people: possibly involved in a trafficking ring.

There was a truck driver whose name was Robert Rhoades, and he has been featured on several KZbin channels. He was a long haul driver who went all throughout North America. One day he could be trucking through Alberta or Saskatchewan,, and by the end of the week he could be passing through Alabama or Florida. He was said to have murdered several people all throughout North America but was only convicted for ONE of them, a girl named Carmen. He killed WAY more than just 1.

Some of the people I’ve ran with talking on the CB just screamed Weird or wanting to stop and get a “Beer” at a pickle park. Some of the hitchhikers in early days were so young and by themselves. Some of them were as bad as the scummy drivers I saw. Retired now and happily never leaving.

Ever try to report a serious crime to your local police department? You either get on hold forever, or if in person, no one ever wants to listen or take any information. It’s extremely frustrating, calling 911 you might get a person who immediately dismisses you, wants to argue or must take poor notes. Again, frustrating.

I live in the South Suburbs, about 30 minutes drive down the Ryan from downtown Chicago. The fact that they have 75 murdered african american women in 20 years (have heard this case and the possible serial killer many times) and there has been no traction is mind-boggling! It makes me wonder though, 5-7 years ago they arrested a black man named Darren Deon Vann for the murder of a 19 year old female and suspected of 6 others in Hammond and Gary Indiana. I have actually stayed at the Motel 6, as well as a few other people I know during that same time period which is chilling. Is it possible he was involved in some of but not all of the Chicago serial Murders? I am sure that he was not in the area for all of them, but then again how can anyone ever be sure of someone's whereabouts if they are a drifter or transient. Makes you really wonder.

I am currently being chased by an ACTIVE serial killer that I started noticing several years ago within the Middle Tennessee area. If anybody has noticed strange occurrences on our backroads it's because there's a shape-shifter lizard person running around eating children. I'm not making this up guys - and I'm not trying to spread fear or paranoia, it's weaseled in deep and there's definitely the feeling of a PSCYHO - PATH running around. I have been the target for a while now without even truly noticing, these people are terrifying and are extremely hard to kill due to their nature. It's horrific to see - disturbing to hear about, and completely nerve-wracking to be hunted by. Have been in complete co-operation with Law Enforcement and complete co-operation with Federal agents. He is absolutely monstrous.

Technically they are not active if they haven't struck in decades it would have more accurate to say they are still being investigated.

We know that most serial killers usually have a history of animal abuse. I also suspect that these people prey off more vulnerable people (such as the indigenous, African-American, gay, homeless etc) in their early days. These are both crimes that are ignored by law enforcement. These crimes need to be taken seriously by police and a nation-wide database of these offenders kept which will automatically highlight common offenders.
