Celebrity Cruises Lunch Buffet Food (4K)

We have sailed on two Celebrity ships, one around the Caribbean and the otheraround the eastern Med. On both the food was outstanding, on the Constellation the burgers up on deck were to die for but all the food was superb. Try the lobster bisque if its on the menu, my wife had it each day. The only negative was the breakfast buffet arrangements on the Equinox, it was difficult to secure a table in a relaxed manner as there were to few tables. Hope to go on another Celebrity cruise again soon, they are the best.

I don't know your names (hint-hint) but enjoy your cruise ship "foodie" videos. Less is more with you guys and when the pretty lady speaks, she's straight and to the point and usually makes me want to eat what she's eating. Good images, no unnecessary "fluff" and easy to read titles etc. I'm sailing my first Celebrity cruise next year and you guys just add to my excitement about it. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Another great video. Wow, what a selection. I would say that this is one of the best lunch buffet selections. We have three weeks to go for our cruise on the Millenium and i am hoping that they have not started to cut back on the selection. By the way, the flank steak was chewy as it was NOT cut thin enough. Flank steak is a tough cut of meat that can be very good if cooked no more than medium rare and sliced THINLY on a 45 degree angle. It is an entree that is more appropriate for a MDR entree than a buffet.

Hi.. nice videos u have made on the food on cruises in different vessels . I have seen a lot of Indian cuisine in this video particularly ,I am peculiar about it, was it b'cauz the theme was Indian night as per ships itenary or it's on ship fixed menus for cruising some particular ports of call. Please let me know.

They did have multiple different Indian dishes daily- so it's definitely not any particular theme day/night. I think this is especially the case since they try to have a nice selection for vegans/vegetarians.

How did the variety and quality compare to RCL ships?

Quality-wise I would say it was similar, though I think for Royal Caribbean the day-to-day variety is better (more theme-based days/nights). The number of items seems to be a little more on Celebrity, and they do have a few more selections for vegetarians/vegans.

Just came back from a Princess cruise. I love how they have a person manning the doorway ensuring that you wash you hands before entering. They have a sink right at the doorway with soap and running warm water, not like here with just a gel station. As you can see, the lady who just entered didn't even stop to sanitize her hands. Yikes!

The Gelato shop costs extra (see our Celebrity snack food video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nGeUl6ywl7WVqc0 ). But we found the ice cream at the buffet to be REALLY good, and they have daily rotating special flavors as well.

This was from the Summit. From what I understand the ships have similar offerings but depending on the specific cruise they may have different regional specialties.

They do actually, but it is usually only available at the main dining room for dinner.

Actually I love watching her eat (sounds weird). You can tell by expressions & her descriptions how the food tastes!
