@@tubetop123 Nah this isn’t even about covid. I love buffets, but even in the before times, buffet utensils were a bit gross if you thought about it. Hundreds of people eating crab, ribs, chicken with their hands weren’t exactly stopping to wash before pawing those communal tongs and spoons. Then they’d go right back to their tables and put hand to mouth without a care. That said, I’ve never gotten sick from a buffet that I know of - I just didn’t dwell on it. I heard a radio host once recommend a funny solution… use your left hand to serve and your right hand to eat.

Sturgeon caviar is pretty good, The classic way to have it is with some creme fresh. I'm not a huge fan of salmon caviar to eat. Works good as bait for fishing though.
