I nominate myself . At 16 yrs old I was burned from scolding hot water and spent 6 months driving back and forth to a burn treatment facility. Many scars have healed since then, and some third degree burns have not. My self esteem has always been fragile since. I am now in my late 40‘s . Although the emotional pain is still present , I have a different perspective. I chose to take care of myself and see my scar as lessons about determination, drive, and patience . Janet// I'm so sorry to hear about you being burned. I had a horrible kitchen accident while making spaghetti. I went to drain the noodles and one handle came off and the hot boiling water came down my body melting my skin off. I remember the hot slippery floor I was trying to get out of. I feel your pain. I was in the burn hospital/unit for 5 months. I wouldn't wish that pain on anyone. I always say I'd rather have 10 kids in a row then ever go through that. My burn doctor did do a lot of skin grafts which helped, but being in the burn hospital...was the worst. I understand the emotional damage it inflicts because to this day I'm really cautious about draining anything, so this is a warning for anyone out there. Be careful. Lots of love from one burn victim to another.❤❤❤

Gabi, Thank you so much for this opportunity. I lost my daughter a few years ago and was diagnosed with a very rare incurable, progressive and painful disease called Adhesive Arachnoiditis. It has affected my mobility and put me in a position to no longer care for myself. I still try to be an optimist. I’ve been a mother since I was barely 19 years old. I’ve always been extremely active and taken care of everyone around me my entire life, even as a child. My youngest child just left home and I don’t know what to do with myself. I’ve always had good skin but with the trauma and health issues-autoimmune, menopause, etc..I’ve seen changes recently and I can’t afford to take care of myself. I'd like to nominate myself. I've survived two brain aneurysms and two car wrecks within three months that caused serious injuries. After being infected with C19 more than 7 times I learned I don't develop antibodies to it. One of the complications during every infection is a rash on my face that lingers even after the infection is cleared. Because of this I've been suffering with a horrible texture and some very severe redness. After retirement, Covid hit and for two years I had the wonderful job of having grandma daycare for all my grands. I deserve this opportunity because skincare is my life! I am 77 years old and people are always, literally, shocked, because I look so much younger. I owe it all to skincare. I’ve been seriously into good skincare since I was 34. I don’t own the Zip but, I’ve been using NuFace for several years. I am always on the hunt for any product that is good for my skin and will help me to look my best. Even with all I do for my face, one thing I wish I could change are my marionette lines. I am 56 years old and after the Covid period when you started to be able to return to your workplace I noticed that my skin had changed it had become both saggy and wrinkled so I had to learn to put on make up again because my old make up no longer worked for my aged face. Then I found your youtube channel. You have taught me everything about how to think about make-up and how to apply make-up when you are older. Absolutely in love with your channel❤️ Since I live in Sweden, I have to order the products from the USA but it's definitely worth it. Hello ladies, I nominate myself as I have been in a very distraught situation regarding my skincare for several months. I had a severe reaction to sunscreen in the beginning of Spring and my skin just won’t clear. My dermatologist suggested Accutane however, I have too many medical issues that the risk is too high. I nominate myself. I have been taking care of my dad who has dementia and my mom who had a serious fall and is currently in a rehabilitation facility. I feel like I don't have time for self-care. I made a commitment early this week to honor my own needs and well-being while caring for my parents. I will make time each day to recharge, whether through rest, reflection, or doing something I enjoy. Prior to this I never wore sunscreen (and spent most days IN THE SUN), rarely washed my face and definitely didn’t use skin care products. I also didn’t wear makeup until my 30’s. I originally started using skin care and makeup to look better for others. I’m now to the point where I take care of my skin because I want to look “better” for me. Hi Gabi! I will nominate myself as I'm in my late 50s and I have noticed loss of firmness right after menopause. I do not have the money for a facelift so I think the ZIIP will be a great option for me. I struggled with severe acne since I was a teenager until the age of my early 40s and affected my self-confidence early in age. Currently, I use retinoic acid to control my oily skin, large pores, and dark sebaceous filaments which sometimes creates surface dryness and peeling. In October 2023, I started having all over body hives which lasted for 6 months and my skin took a toll as it turned dull. Early this year I shifted my mental focus from feeling disheartened with the physical changes that come with aging (changing body shape, wrinkles, hooded eyelids, etc), to embracing it all with grace. I’m a disabled adult and had to move back in with my mom 6 years ago because my disabilities progressed. Shortly after that, her mom was diagnosed with ALS. She became my caretaker while also helping my grandmother, and had to be the emotional pillar for our family here and hers in Brazil. I nominate myself. I am will be 63 in a couple of weeks. In 2020 I went from having very resilient skin to having ultra sensitive skin. For the first time ever I had a severe case of rosacea. It covered my entire face from my hair line to under my chin. It was red, burny, itchy, bumpy & peely. Since then I have to be very careful what I use on my skin. This last year I have made some gains with my skin as I realized my skin barrier needed repair and have with great caution found some products that are helping. However, my skin absolutely does not tolerate retinol or vitamin C. I am used to looking younger than my years however recently a client at work referred to me as the old lady and after picking up my husband's car keys from repair shop the shop let him know his mother had picked up his keys for him. Hi, Melanie and Gabi! Thanks so much for the video AND the giveaway! Really exciting! I’m 67 years old and for the last 3 1/2 years I was mostly bedridden with no solid diagnosis. It was finally discovered that my bone marrow wasn’t producing new hemoglobin (basically blood). To help me gain strength I would either be given a blood transfusion or iron infusions (which cost $13,000 each). During these years, I had hair, eyebrow and eyelash loss. My fingernails became ridged and paper thin and the skin on my face lost tone, elasticity, and was yellow. MY BONE MARROW FINALLY GOT BACK TO WORK THIS SPRING!
