Celiac Update

My youngest daughter was diagnosed with Celiac disease at age 3. On this channel I document our journey and struggles along the way. In this video I update how she is doing health wise and some issues were navigating right now.

Maybe consider keeping a symptom diary, it may help to see if there are specific foods that are bothering her.

As an adult who has a gluten intolerance, not celiac but stomach pain can be very similar, it is hard for me to decern myself where the pain is coming from. So just know that it is kind of a lifelong struggle as far as that goes. So glad you are willing to create videos like this!😊

I'm not sure about your daughter, but is there a chance she may have other food sensitivities as well? I have Celiac Disease too and learned, in time, my stomach also doesn't seem to like nightshade vegetables. My GI recommended a low FODMAP diet and then slowly reintroducing the other questionable foods to determine which ones are a problem. Sadly, Celiac can go hand in hand with other sensitivities.
