Great video, Oliver! Keep up the good work! I was a sex addict/hypersexual for decades until I realized how much excessive sex depletes you. In Ayurveda they believe it takes eighty drops of blood to produce one drop of semen. I also noticed how Indian yogis would develop a tremendous amount of power by practising brahmacharya (celibacy, but with the union with the Divine Power/Source). Meditation gurus also talk about how 'the more you do it the more you want it' , as every sexual act creates imprints of pleasure in the neural pathways of the brain that flare up with triggers, leading to more such cravings followed by acts that only create even more such pathways, thus increasing the craving rather than satisfying it. Reminds me of what Jordan Thompson said in one of his KZbin videos on sex addiction about 'stimulating between the legs to send electrical impulses to the brain'! I have been practising brahmacharya for a long time, transmuting this great power with aerobic exercise, dancing, yoga, meditation & creativity, & have never felt more vigour & vitality in my life! Indeed sex is a great power that can be used wisely, & should never be abused!

This is great, but in my case I've been trying to cut out porn for close to a year, and I keep fucking it up after a month, sometimes just a week or two. So what's the move when you're trying to discipline your sex drive, but you just... can't?
