I am confused. Where does cell phone go?

It’s a mini wallet cell phone companion (“buddy”), it is small enough to adhere to the back of a cell phone case (the pattern recommends carpet tape for this), but can be carried alone. However it is not designed to hold a cell phone like some wallets.
