All I can remember from this Game's Story mode is the Perfect Cell, Bojack & Super Buu stuff for being hard as Dragon Balls and that's from back when I had that Infinite Time hack of being a Kid when this game came out. My point being: I'm worried for Doto.

Fun fact about Cell's voice: The games always give him unique voices for each form. However, due to a development oversight, during gameplay, Cell's voice doesn't change from his first form.

not technically true! it's not a development oversight. it's just that in japanese, cells voice doesn't change. which means that the games (which are made by the japanese) never bothered to add in different voice clips for the other forms of cell. japan never needed them so they never added them

I've heard a few times that the reason Cell doesn't have a different voice between first and second forms in a lot of Dragon Ball games is that, in Japan, his voice didn't change between first and second form. That being the case, there's no second audio file for them to record.

Yes, this is true! That's also the reason why if you hit Perfect Cell, the hurt audio is that of first form Cell.

To be fair piccolo in the buu saga gets turned into a statue and shattered, when he turned back to normal he regenerated from the chunks he broke into.

Cell is also part Frieza, who can survive with no legs, one arm and a hole in his head (and arguably even after he was diced into cubes by Trunks, only dying to the final Ki Blast). Piccolo dies to the damage before he can regenerate, while Cell literally won't die unless all of his cells are gone.

In BT3 at least he has the other voices, but not when getting hit. I heard it is because his voice is the same between transformations in Japanese. It could be the same in this game too, but maybe only for super moves or combos that have him saying something

DOTO! Two things 1st: if you hold the punch button and choose a direction you can send the opponent flying with just one hit. (Don’t know if you know that already but just in case) 2nd: in the Z fusion section you can combine z items to get new characters and their transformations (MAX power Roshi etc.)

I've always held the headcannon that due to piccolos regeneration dropping his power level, the saiyan cells that Cell has are what makes the regeneration so op by giving a mini zenkai boost every time (to counteract the downside piccolo has with regeneration).

Great video ! About Evolution Z, you don't have to put 4 "Health +5" on a character. You can put one of each (one for health, one for attack, one for defense, one for speed, etc) and you will get some exp after each fight (your health +1 will up to +2 then +3 etc until +19). That way you will be able to max more stats (Of course you will have to skip some stats since you don't have the place to max them all, I usually skip Ki or Speed but Health, Attack and Defense is a must have). I hope you'll see my message and I hope this will help (Sorry for my English I'm from France). Peace !

ok, usually dragonball stuff like that is not thought out properly, but the fact that cell regenerates so much with piccolos abillity makes actually sense, cause he also has frieza genes. piccolo is still relying on namekian vital organs to keep his body running, frieza has shown to be shockingly unaffected by being cut in half and even was still alive when being blown up by a beam after being cut in half and then the planet he was on blew up for his mangled body to fly through the vaccuum in space and he was just fixed with prostetics. combine friezas wierd durability and combine that with piccolos regeneration that as long as no vital organs are being hit can regrow an entire arm in seconds, and cells selfhealing actually makes alot of sense
