1. the enemy rank actually accounts for their z-items, so higher level characters can have some broken things, like that #13, he had some sorta regen capsule set 2. when you click on a saga, on the stages you've completed, the stars on the dragonball to the right of the titles shows the difficulty you've completed them on 3. I suggest you go find the dragon balls on earth(different wishes than Namek) an get either Title {Tenkaichi} or Kiss of 18, they both boost ALL stats by 4, so you can just swap it out between characters when needed to give them all a nice little boost in everything, takes a minute if you swap a lot of characters, but very helpful, you can also acquire them via beating all of the world tournament stages & difficulties.

Video is weeks old but I'll still say it. Super 13 is my favourite movie villain, almost like peak DBZ fanfic (android, fusion, SSJ hair,) I know a lot of people love Cooler for obvious reasons but in his movie he literally can't hold a finger up to SSJ Goku even in his final form. Super 13 takes out 3 super saiyans with complete ease and Goku beats him by absorbing the spirit bomb which is so fanfic that they re-use it in DBSuper as the catalyst for ultra instinct. Obviously Cooler, Janemba and Broly are the fan favourite 3 and all the other movie villains are forgetable but android 13 is still up there for me.

Apparently there's a Theory that that's what Gero looked like in his Youth. 🙂 And Super Android 13's Design, which I always thought looked badass, reminds me more of a _Street Fighter_ Character than a _Dragon Ball_ one! Dude looks so much like Oni! 😆 And if the Broly Sagas weren't tough and challenging, it'd have been a *major* disservice to the Character! ...
