Hokuto no Ken/Fist of the North Star is one of the ur examples of the badass martial arts anime. It's a bunch of barrel chested guys with ridiculous powers in post-apocalypse-land, shouting the name of their super-ultra-mega techniques in fights to the death. The blood is toned down in the anime, but Kenshiro (the main character) knows an assassin martial art that's all about pressure points, so he taps you in certain spots and your head explodes or something, and that's not a metaphor; dude blows up heads. It's, like, his go-to move.

Kenshiro is legitimately the only character that showed up that actually COULD kill Cell. Basically, what he does is he hits you with a special technique that only he knows. The rapid attacks that seemingly do nothing to Cell also seemingly do nothing to anyone else. But it inverts your ki so that any outward attack that you perform is reflected back inwards. Most people explode from this. The fact that Cell exploded at ALL tells me that Kenshiro COULD kill Cell with it if Kenshiro better understood Cell's regeneration.
