My lord we want to understand how come the cellphone which was supposed to be Switched Off on the 16 June 2020 in the evening around 22h00pm according to the Occurrence Book Entry in Pretoria North Valeria Police Station to be specific. IT happened to be Switched On on the 17 June 2020 until 18h30pm. QUESTIONS WHICH THE COURT MUST ASK IS, WHO HAD THE PHONE AFTER IT WAS CONVISTIGATED FROM HIM (Accuse 2) ACCORDING TO THE PROCEDURE WHEN ARRESTING AND BOOKING IN THE SUSPECT INTO THE CELLS??If the Accuse 2 had the cellphone all along, assuming the police did not CONVISTIGATED it during his Arrest and Booking him into the cells in Valeria Police Station on the 16June 2020. Question 2. Is why he had to use his cellphone to call the accomplice or friends while inside the custody? Question 3. How did they "police" find out that the Accuse 2 was in position of a cellphone while inside the custody? And when did they find out about that cellphone in the position of Accused 2? The date he was arrested which is 16 June 2020 until 8 February 2021, when Surgt. Mabena & Mogola went to CONVISTIGATE the cellphone. IT IS A LONG TIME AND HARD FOR ONE TO UNDERSTAND THE STATE VERSION BEFORE THIS COURT. SO THE POLICE WHO ARRESTED HIM AND INCLUDING GININDA THEY KNOW EXCETLY WHO WAS IN POSITION OF THE CELLPHONE OF NTANZI. LIES WILL ALWAYS BE LIES. IT WILL NEVER CHANGE TO BE THE THUTH NEVER. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHICH INGREDIENTS THEY ARE USING!👐😮..IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE, THE FACT OF THE MATTER THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT. AND SO FAR WE CAN NOW SEE THAT THESE ACCUSED PERSONS ARE NOT PERPETRATORS OF THAT CRIME. THEY ARE MADE TO BE ESCAPE GOATS.
