"she has been to Paris" is not a Present simple sentence. You said you just taught students and in CCQ, how can you ask a question that obviously checks their understanding of Present perfect simple?

Oh yes, slip of the tongue. Doing KZbin videos makes it hard to remember. My mistake. The main point is how to ask CCQs, so hopefully still valid.
