I don't like the fact (as a Liverpool fan) that Celtic use YNWA as their anthem, when the song was written and first performed and everything in the city of Liverpool. It is truly a Liverpudlian and only Liverpudlian anthem so I'm not quite sure why a Scottish team sings it for them.

Ok first of all Gerry an the pacemakers weren't first to sing it! It was written and performed by Rodgers and Hammerstein in 1945 ! Just because Gerry and pacemakers sung it doesn't mean celtic fans cant sing it. There is also a debate to which club sung it first! Personally I dont think it matters who sung it first after 60 years! I'm quite happy to hear liverpool fans sing any song!

Glasgow urban wildlife fair enough, but I just know it’s particularly famous on Merseyside. What a beautiful anthem though...

@@pro_keeperz7172 it's a famous anthem at Celtic park also ! Our fans have close links with LFC. I remember being at celtic park a few years back when we played liverpool! A sight to see when both fans sang walk on together!
