Why multiple of 4 + 6? 4 is less then 6. So that's just an additional multiple of 4 + 2. So why not just say multiple of 4 +2?

"if someone's going to be checking every stitch, then they don't have enough to do in their lives". LOL. Agreed. Not only that, but it's the little mistakes that make it handmade. If they want "perfect", they can buy from the store. These are made with love. Like homemade cookies or cakes, they're not perfect, but the love in them makes them better than store bought.

omg! I’m currently trying to do this pattern using a vid in a foreign language. There are English subtitles but the translation is so poorly done it’s more a vid to cause hilarious laughter. I was about to ask you to do a vid on this vert pattern and , boom! , here it is. Going to rip it all out now as the turning rows were decreasing my stitch length. And you know that is several hours of crocheting in which I was making mistakes. Sigh! Thank you so much for making this vid!!!🦌💌❤️🧶

Do you think you could do a video on the giant basketweave blanket using bernat blanket yarn. I like the way you present your videos, and help me to learn to read written instructions when you include a printed pattern.
@TheCrochetCrowd

People generally have a bird when I use Bernat Blanket in tutorial format. The fuzzy yarn distracts people and causes an influx of negative reviews. So I tend to use regular yarn instead.

Hi! I love this pattern and am in the process of making it. However, it is curling up...I mean really curling. I've finished about 9 inches and it still just curls. I don't think my stitches are too tight. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Yes, you can, there is a repeating to this pattern so you can adjust it. You will just have to chain in the multiples and get to the size you want. I don't know how much yarn or chains you will need for your custom size.
