Errr amazing, I know it's only one tiny bit of the Barber classic, but it figures the Lamb of Gods would be handled with such dignity & grace by Mairead, so cool.

Hello wonderful Máiréad😄 I’m a studiomusician, musicteacher and author from Sweden (clarinet, sax and drums) and I must say that you have been a huge inspiration for me with your musicality, stagepresence and professionalism with Celtic woman and with your soloperformances. I started playing violin a month ago and maybe I will travel to Ireland (or wherever you live now) just to say: ”Hello Máiréad, you are an amazing woman and one in billion. Would you like to sign my new violin?” That would be fantastic to do, but it maybe still be just a dream🎻😊! Instead I will now give you these five 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹because you give so much love through your violin to me and everyone else on this planet. Love from Sweden❤️🙋♂️// Steffe

Honestly... if you just say ”Hi” I will know that you exists for real in this world and are not just an imaginition of musical beauty. Please Máiréad... Love from Sweden❤️🎹🎻! // Steffe

Love it, love Hibernia. With the kicker upper being Adiago For Strings. One of my favorites. Oh, chuckle, why the need for DVDs. Example why; Adiago was played in the movie "Platoon" fouling up my imagery and peacefulness with wars loss and such somewhat instead of more pleasing visuals or imaginings even when being led down some paths of mourning types of music, if so applicable. Also I think Adiago was a perfect piece for that segment of the movie for a wide variety of reasons. Since music like yours is good medicine combined with your sashaying, chasse, gliding along style of dance-like ballet, the eyes, telling a story or reflecting the mood too. In my imagery and meditations I'd rather stick with images of you, your creativity, while I slide through "Hallowed Fire" to emotional pieces, the various arrangements so smoothly played. Enjoy the "throwbacks." Hope you and yours are enjoying the weekend, and beyond, too.

Day late but night still made💙💙💙. I was “bad” and gave up studying for finals that year (finals were on Monday). I SO don’t regret it 💙💙💙🎻🎻😈😈. Oh, and about a few months after hearing you play, I’d be going in for major surgery...needless to say Hollowed Fire is my Anthem 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💪🏾💪🏾💙💙💙

Máiréad Nesbitt Celtic Violinist thanks! I actually had to have a repeat shunt surgery (the one mentioned) nine days after the first placement. My shunt malfunctioned. I’m now part robot with a barometer (what I call it) in my head. Hydrocephalus is fun😪😪😪💙💙💪🏾🎻🎻
