have you tried adding water first then slowly adding a bag? i purchased the larger unit. haven't used it yet but all videos lead with "add water first"

I purchased one and I dont think it is possible to set one up with the instructions that are supplied with the mixer, as a matter of fact, they have my vote for the worst instruction manual ever offered. Nice Video, thank you!

This mixer came with the worst set of instructions I have ever seen, so dissapointing. Just grab the bolt if it fits good luck, shitty.
