Yes, it will just be up scaled resolution so not true 4k but it'll still look good

How can i downscale it to 1080p? Mine is only working in 4k.

Open up the graphics pack you created, go to where it says overwrite width= and change the number to 1920 then go to where it says overwrite height and put 1080

Wii u homebrew and played through Cemu

I'd recommend wii u usb helper, it's now deprecated but modders are keeping it running
