I am aware the audio is distracting and far to loud, however KZbin won't let me change the music due to their policies. However i have taken the feedback from the comments and will make sure this wont happen again, hopefully you can still get some use out of this video barring the annoying loud music sorry! To create your own Graphics packs and play Zelda BOTW in 4k and above :- kzbin.info/www/bejne/qWfQZ2lmdtiBb5Y This is for the EU Cache, if you run into any problems run through these steps should fix them! 1) Boot up BOTW- in the topbar it should say [SaveDir: ########] this is the savedir code for game saves, but also caches. 2) Does it say dcac9927 at the top? Go to step 5 and 6. If it says 2912eb2f, go to step 3 then 5 + 7. 3)Go to cemu\shaderCache\precompiled and RENAME (in case of errors) the same files as the saveDir above. e.g if saveDir is '2912eb2f' the file will be called '2912eb2f.bin', rename this to '2912eb2f.bin.old' (all without quotes) 4) Now step back, and go to shaderCache\transferable. Do the same here, rename '2912eb2.bin' to '2912eb2f.bin.old' 5) Download the above link it is called dcac9927.rar, open this file with WinRAR or 7z 6) US Version - Open the rar file and copy/drag drop the dcac9927.bin file to the shaderCache\transferable folder. YOU'RE DONE 7) EUR Version - Open the rar file and copy/drag drop the dcac9927.bin file to the shaderCache\transferable folder. RENAME the dcac9927.bin file to whatever was in the topbar of CEMU in step 1 (EUR version), '2912eb2f.bin' - don't do anything with the folder in the .rar file unless you wish to use the OP save game function. 8) Boot CEMU and sit back while it compiles 16k shaders. -Having problems and running a nVidia card? Try deleting C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Roaming\NVIDIA\GLCache folder In case it doesn't work, first check the saveDir code is correct, check in Cemu again, and check for typos. If no luck, renamed your .old files back to .bin and you will revert to using your original cache file. For this to work you may need to turn on file extensions via File Explorer View>Options>View - uncheck 'Hide file extensions for known file type' it is near the top, 2 under Hidden folders setting

the dbghelp.dll makes it so that i cant go into cemu it says " module integrity check failed, please reinstall please reinstall from a good file if this persists, check for malware,

Make sure you are using the correct Cemu hook version for 1.7.4b you need to make sure you're using version 0.301 also shown as 0.3.0.1 to add to this all different versions of Cemu require different Cemu hooks so make sure you're always choosing the correct one.

So I did what you said, and I have a higher fps, BUT it studders and freezes every 2 seconds, what do I change to help that?

Ok so you 100% have the shader cache? If so make sure to only have cemu running, do not have anything running in the background, currently there is a bug which means Zelda eats up around 20gb of your memory,and will resort to using a page file (If you're on windows 10). I also recommend once loading in spinning the camera around this loads all the information quicker, then leave it for 5 mins. If you're still experiencing mass stuttering and freezes then i assume you're either not using windows 10 or you do not have enough memory.

So I have the shader cache now, it took like an hour to load up, but now when I play the game it lags really bad for a few seconds then crashes, I don't know what to do now

Hmmm, to be honest from that comment i assume you're probably not on windows 10. If you're on a older version of windows, then currently due to a nvidia driver bug they game takes up around 23gb of memory to run a 17k cache. However with windows 10 it alleviates your ram stress by creating a page file, whilst slower it stops the game from crashing. If you're on a older version then all i can recommend is to delete the cache you downloaded in your temporary folder, and build up your own Cache which means whenever you encounter something new for the first time it'll be laggy/stuttering or you will have to wait until the bug is fixed. Sorry about that the last thing i can do is suggest joining the cemu discord and asking there to see if you can find anyone who knows more than i do.

The MSI fps change doenst do anything for me. But the cache pack did improve the overall performance. No more lags and freezes. But the fps wont surpass 15 no matter what. I tried everything...

You 100% have the cemuhook downloaded and enabled in options? If you have then i can only suppose your CPU has not got a good enough single core speed, Cemu is extremely CPU taxing.

I turned off/on cemuhook during gameplay on my last try. Noticed like a 5fps boost. But still under 20fps. The CPU is an i7 920. Since I play all the latest games on high or ultra, I thought my rig couldn't be the problem. But the CPU is pretty old, so yeah, that might just be the reason.

Yea unfortunately unlike most games Cemu is CPU intensive and pretty light on the GPU side of things cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-920-vs-Intel-Core-i5-6500/1981vs3513 your CPU has 45% slower single core speed so its going to be a struggle for you to get higher. Being totally honest i don't think you'll be able to get a stable 25+ fps until the game is a lot more optimised and even then it might be difficult. But i hope that in a few months you'll be able to play this!

Depends on whether they can get around the 30fps lock Zelda Botw has, currently when you go above 30 fps the game engine speeds up and the physics break

Got a version of 1.7.4 cemu.. Got the game.. Only getting ~6 fps. I have a good rig, whats going on? Ive tried many different versions. Its like im just running 1.7.3 again

Is your version of CEMU verified? you can tell in the top right-hand corner after you've loaded a game. It should say (Patreon build - verified) if it is. if not, then you've pirated the software and are stealing programs from people who worked hard on them.

The actual Shader Cache should only be 9000 files. Anything more than that has shaders from other games, and should not be used.

Yes you're correct, however at the time of this video that information and file did not exist i'll most likely change the links in the description to the 9k ones so the bigger files aren't spread.

hmmm can you tell me what exact CPU you are using e.g. i7-2715 2.10GHz? Try doing this 1) Run Cemu 2) Open up task manager 3) Click on expand and go to details tab 4) right click Cemu.exe and click set affinity 5 )Untick all odd numbered CPU's e.g CPU 0 should have a tick, CPU 1 should be unticked, do this for however may cores you have click ok 6) Set Cemu as admin (optional)

Ok, so you should defiantly try changing the affinity it may give you a solid 4-5 fps boost, however your CPU in terms of Emulation is weaker than my CPU so you'll most likely see slight performance drops cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-2600-vs-Intel-Core-i5-6500/620vs3513, this is due to Cemu only using 1 Core! Sure i'm happy to do a video on how to update to 1.1.1 may i ask how you installed zelda? As there are different methods.
