I ask because I have had 2 PICL procedures but have only done a moving X-ray (sorry can’t recall the name of that)

What about people who's spinal cord is fixated in the lubar area due to severe tethered cord (not talking about a filum that is a bit tight and only leads to some grams of strain, but talking about elongated conus and tight cord with a lot of strain of several hundred grams)? Then physically the strain in the clivo axial angle is much higher and the condition becomes much more pathological much earlier aka with a higher CXA than usual, doesn't it?

In those with ligament laxity could a tethering of the filum create enough chronic spinal cord tension to narrow the CXA? Could it pull enough to create a mild Chiari? How could the cord tension be measured non invasively?

Probably...but a slightly elongated filum (equalling a few grams of strain) is probably not enough directly @@charmainejennings3474 But I would like to hear Centenos opinion
