Does the 36 inch overall length include the stirrup and with the stock all the way extended out to its furthest point?

I just ordered your Hornet Recurve pistol crossbow; unfortunately I cannot get back into my online account. The error message says password is wrong and to try later and when I attempt a password reset the link gives me an HTTP 404 error message. I see no email support, only your physical address and a customer support number which won't be staffed until Tuesday. I want to be able to register my product when it comes in the mail. Thank you.
