Sir for cold countries where the temp. Of sea water is 10degrees how the temperature of sea water is maintained in central coolers if there is no 3 way valve for mixing according to ur diagram

Doubt sir! Here it is shown in tht ht 3 way valve 1 way for lt water inlet 2nd way for lt water outlet 3rd way for ht water But in jacket cooling system This same 3way valve have 3 ways 1 way for hot ht water inlet 2nd way for cool ht water outlet 3rd way for lt water inlet So my question is Where is lt water outlet that 45°c water which goes to central cooler? Am I skiping any water line here? M confused

Due to thermal stress H.t directly cannot be fed into Sea water.
